Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee at CPC Jhanjeri is a key institution for addressing concerns and conflicts among students, faculty, and staff. It acts as a central platform for resolving a variety of issues, including academic, administrative, and interpersonal matters.

By serving as a bridge between those with grievances and the relevant authorities, the Grievance Redressal Committee promotes constructive discussions and swift conflict resolution. At CPC Jhanjeri, the cell is proactive, not only resolving issues quickly but also working to prevent them and implement broader institutional improvements. Guided by principles of fairness and responsibility, it aims to create an environment that supports academic and personal growth.

Objectives

  • To ensure timely and efficient resolution of grievances raised by stakeholders, including students, employees, and other members of the institution
  • To provide a fair and unbiased platform for individuals to express their concerns and seek redressal
  • To maintain a transparent process for handling grievances to build trust and confidence among stakeholders
  • To ensure that the grievance-handling process complies with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
